M. Scott Ott, founder and executive director of Golf in St. Andrews and U.S. Junior Tours, has a diverse and exceptional sports and travel background. Trained as an educator, B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Mr. Ott has taught and coached for over 30 years, established USJT Golf Travel in 2002, and has led travel groups and athletic teams to Europe and Canada since 1994.
